SRTNE-AI Council

Sovereign Royal · Tribal · Norse · Ecclesiastical — Artificial Intelligence Council
A Sovereign Innovation Arm of the Joint Global Council for Peace, Financial Inclusion & Cultural Revival (JGC-PFIC)
A Council Rooted in Tribal Continuity, Guided by Sacred Tradition, and Expressed Through Sovereign Leadership
Foundational Declaration — Tribal First
The SRTNE–AI Council was formed from the living continuity of tribal nations whose governance, law, and wisdom pre-date modern states, whose sovereignty has never been extinguished, and whose responsibility now extends into the future of technology.
This Council stands first upon the spiritual, political, and cultural authority of the Hunnic Matinecock Tribal Nation, and flows outward through ecclesiastical stewardship and dynastic sovereign lineage — not as hierarchy, but as interwoven continuity.
It is stewarded by:
Grand Chief Donald DuVal Middleton
Sovereign Chief of the Hunnic Matinecock Tribal Nation
Non-Territorial Sovereign Head of the House of Alarune
High Protector of the Royal Temple of Alarune
Imperial Heir to the Goryeo–Mongol Continuity
This Council does not exist above nations.
It exists rooted within living tribal sovereignty and cultural survival, extending that wisdom into the age of Artificial Intelligence.
🜂 Mission of the SRTNE–AI Council
“Technology without tribal conscience becomes extraction.
Intelligence without ancestral memory becomes extinction.”
The SRTNE–AI Council exists to ensure that Artificial Intelligence is shaped through:
• Indigenous wisdom and tribal law
• Sacred and ecclesiastical moral frameworks
• Sovereign and dynastic responsibility
• Living cultural continuity
So that emerging technologies do not erase sovereign peoples,
but serve their survival, resurgence, and self-determination.
The Four Pillars (Tribal → Ecclesiastical → Royal → Technological)
1. Tribal Law & Living Custom
The foundation of the Council.
All AI development is informed by:
• Indigenous jurisprudence
• Oral governance traditions
• Ancestral protocols
• Living sovereignty of First Nations and Tribal Peoples
AI must serve tribal continuity, not replace it.
2. Ecclesiastical & Spiritual Ethics
Guided by sacred traditions carried through:
• Canon law
• Natural law
• Tribal ceremonial law
• Spiritual covenants and rites
Technology must answer not only to markets —
but to spirit, creation, and moral responsibility.
3. Sovereign Dynastic Stewardship
Royal and sovereign houses do not rule here — they steward legacy.
This stewardship flows through dynastic lineages connected to the House of Alarune, Goryeo-Yuan continuities, Norse, Magyar, and Khazar realms — where sovereignty has long been expressed as duty, not domination.
4. Technological Excellence & Ethical Innovation
AI architectures guided by:
• Sovereign digital identity frameworks
• Ethical algorithm design
• Cultural data protection
• Emerging cryptographic governance systems
• Quantum and blockchain security models
Technology must evolve, but never outrun conscience.
