The Council of Ancestral Realms is hereby established as a spiritual, cultural, and Dynastic pillar within the Joint Global Council for Peace, Financial Inclusion, and Tribal Cultural Revival (JGC_PFIC). This Council honors the bloodlines, legacies, and sovereign traditions of the world’s ancient and royal families — whose wisdom now anchors modern efforts toward peace, dignity, economic sovereignty, and cultural revival.

This Council is divinely commissioned under the Jus Sanguinis authority of His Majesty and Grand Chief Donald DuVal Middleton, whose ancestral rights flow unbroken through the sacred royal lines of:

The Council shall consist of:

  • Dynastic Custodians: Individuals descended from royal or noble houses who carry the responsibility of ancestral governance
  • Cultural Guardians: Tribal, indigenous, or spiritual leaders entrusted with sacred knowledge of their people
  • Ecclesiastical Emissaries: Representatives of sovereign temples, sacred orders, and canon law traditions
  • Royal Scholars: Historians and archivists devoted to preserving bloodline truth and rightful lineage recognition

All members shall act under oath to uphold dignity, sovereign rights, ancestral memory, and peaceful governance.

The High Custodian of this Council is His Majesty and Grand Chief Donald DuVal Middleton, whose royal sovereignty spans not only European and Asian dynasties, but sacred American tribal lines. His Majesty and Grand Chief shall appoint sub-custodians, royal Emissaries, and alliance marshals to protect the mandate and guide inter-civilizational unity.
