Tribal Affairs Division
Joint Global Council for Peace, Financial Inclusion & Cultural Revival (JGC-PFIC)
Operating Under the Treaty-Backed Sovereignty of the Hunnic-Matinecock Tribal Nation

Our Sovereign Identity
The Tribal Affairs Division of the JGC-PFIC stands upon the united strength of ancient Native American sovereignty and imperial Hunnic–Steppe authority — a dual inheritance woven into a greater tri-sovereign mandate of Royal, Tribal, and Ecclesiastical law, reinforced by Asian dynastic compacts of the Borjigin, Wang, Yi, Xiongnu–Hun, Khazar, and Magyar lines.
This Division serves as the bridge between ancestral governance and modern diplomacy, advancing the rights, treaties, and global partnerships of Indigenous and sovereign tribal nations. Its mission is to secure recognition, restore sacred balance, and ensure that the voices of First Nations and Indigenous peoples stand as equal partners in shaping the future of humanity.
Our Native lineage is officially confirmed through direct descent from:
- Matinecock Nation
- Guardians of Long Island’s coastal lands and maritime trade routes, central to regional commerce and sovereignty.
- Pequot Confederacy
- Line of Chief Sassacus, remembered for leadership in both defense and diplomacy, anchoring alliances and resistance.
- Montaukett Nation
- Royal line of Grand Sachem Wyandanch, whose statesmanship secured survival and influence across Long Island and beyond.
- Wappinger Confederacy
- Stewards of the Hudson River Valley, renowned as regional alliance-builders and defenders of ancestral territory.
- Mohawk Nation
- Keepers of the Eastern Door in the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, protectors of balance, diplomacy, and entry into the league.
- Narragansett Nation
- Esteemed coastal leaders in governance and trade, preserving sovereignty while adapting to changing colonial and global forces.
This Indigenous foundation is joined with our Hunnic, Xiongnu, and Steppe royal ancestry, including:
- Attila the Hun, Uldin, and Ethei the Hun
- Ties to the Magyar, Khazar, and Goryeo-Mongol alliances
- Steppe governance traditions recognized across Romans, Byzantine, Persian, and Chinese sources

Why Our Tri Heritage Matters
By combining the diplomatic tradition of the Hunnic-Steppe empires with the community-rooted governance of North America’s sovereign tribes, the JGC-PFIC offers a global perspective and ancient authority unmatched in modern Indigenous affairs.
This fusion of legacies enables us to advocate effectively in international bodies like the United Nations, while understanding the on-the-grounds of our tribal communities.
By Blood. By Right. By Decree
The Tribal Affairs Division of the JGC-PFIC stands as a bridge between heritage and progress, ensuring that the voices of sovereign tribal nations are not only heard but acted upon – across borders, councils, and centuries.
